1. About PipingCraft

PipingCraft is a licensed and insured plumbing company operating in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Our lead plumber holds a Red Seal certification — Canada’s highest standard for skilled trades.

2. Services

PipingCraft provides residential and commercial plumbing services throughout Ottawa and surrounding communities including Meadowlands, St. Claire Gardens, Nepean, Barrhaven, and Bells Corners.

• All services are subject to a site assessment before work begins.
• Final pricing is confirmed after inspection and may differ from initial estimates depending on the complexity of the job, parts required, and site conditions.
• PipingCraft reserves the right to decline any service request at its discretion.
• All work is performed in accordance with applicable Ontario Building Code standards and regulations.

3. Estimates and Pricing

• All estimates provided by PipingCraft are starting prices and subject to change based on inspection, parts, and job complexity.
• A detailed quote will be provided to the customer before any work begins.
• No work will commence without customer approval of the quoted price.
• PipingCraft charges a service call fee for assessments and inspections.
• Emergency and after-hours services may be subject to additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

• PipingCraft accepts credit card, debit card, and cash.
• A 50% deposit is required before work commences.
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the job.
• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes.
• Failure to make payment may result in additional charges and legal action to recover outstanding amounts.
• Returned payments will incur an additional administrative fee.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Customers must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• PipingCraft reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions or emergencies. Customers will be notified as soon as possible in such cases.

6. Warranty and Guarantee

• PipingCraft provides a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all work performed.
• Warranty coverage on labor and parts will be specified in your service agreement at the time of the job.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications after service completion.
• Warranty claims must be reported to PipingCraft within the warranty period by contacting us directly at info@pipingcraft.com or (819) 208-6949.

7. Liability

• PipingCraft is fully insured for all work performed.
• PipingCraft is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage that could not reasonably be identified during the initial assessment.
• PipingCraft’s liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
• PipingCraft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to work areas before the technician arrives.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate information about the plumbing issue when requesting service.
• Customers must ensure safe and unobstructed access to the work area.
• Customers must ensure that a responsible adult (18 years or older) is present during the service.
• Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits unless otherwise agreed in writing with PipingCraft.

9. Emergency Services

• PipingCraft offers 24/7 emergency plumbing services.
• Emergency services are prioritized based on severity and availability.
• Emergency call-out rates may differ from standard service rates and will be communicated to the customer before work begins.
• Response times as fast as 2 hours are offered but cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances.

10. Website Use

• The content on PipingCraft’s website is for general information purposes only and is subject to change without notice.
• PipingCraft makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information on our website.
• Unauthorized use of our website may give rise to a claim for damages.
• Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. PipingCraft is not responsible for the content of third-party websites.
